Anthony is responsible for business development, transaction management and transaction support of the firm’s middle-market mergers and acquisitions advisory practice.
Anthony has extensive transaction experience in mergers and acquisitions, the private placement of corporate debt and equity and bank loan syndication. He has completed assignments across many industries, including automotive retail, building products, business process outsourcing, consumer products, education, engineered industrial products, information technologies, metals recycling and processing, natural resources and transportation and logistics.
Prior to his investment banking career, Anthony worked as an Analyst in the Office of the Treasurer and Chief Investment Officer at Carnegie Mellon University and as an Underwriter in PNC Bank’s Corporate Lending Group.
