Graig has been actively involved in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, strategy and capital transactions for more than nine years. Graig is responsible for business development, client service and customary transaction and analytical support for Schneider Downs Corporate Finance.
Prior to joining Schneider Downs Corporate Finance, Graig worked in the mergers and acquisitions group of Sandler O’Neill & Partners, a New York City-based investment banking firm.
Graig has provided advisory services on these notable transactions:
- The sale of a supply and service company of heavy-duty conveyor systems to a strategic acquirer.
- The sale of an engineering firm to a strategic buyer.
- The sale of a hose manufacturer to a private equity sponsor.
- An equity raise for a real-estate development transaction.
- The sale of a regional commercial bank to a recently converted bank holding company with a deal value of more than $600 million.
- A broad international financial service provider’s first acquisition of a U.S.-based commercial bank with a deal value of approximately $210 million.
Graig holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Westminster College. He earned an M.B.A. at the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh. He holds the Series 7 and 63 Securities licenses.
