Over the course of Pete’s 12-year investment banking career, he has advised more than 40 companies involved in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and corporate finance assignments. He has transaction experience in mergers and acquisitions, the private placement of corporate debt and equity, the placement of asset-backed securities and in bank loan syndication. His areas of substantial industry experience include metals recycling, processing and distribution, consumer products and engineered industrial products manufacturing and food processing. Some of Pete's notable assignments have included the sale of Conveyor Services Corp. to Fenner PLC; the sale of SD Engineers to Siemens; the sale of Chapel Steel Corporation to Reliance Steel & Aluminum Co.; and the management buyout of Resco Products, Inc.
Pete joined Schneider Downs Corporate Finance in 2006. Prior to joining Schneider Downs, he worked in the Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory and Asset-Backed Securities Groups of PNC Capital Markets. Prior to joining PNC, Pete was a business reporter for two Pittsburgh daily newspapers.
Pete received his M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from the Indiana University School of Business, in Bloomington, IN and his B.A. in Political Science from Duke University. He holds Series 7, 24 and 63 Securities licenses.

that discusses where we are in the M&A landscape and what it means for buyers and sellers in the M&A markets.
