Schneider Downs Corporate Finance was engaged by Creative Real Estate Development Company of Cranberry Township, Pennsylvania to raise equity in a retail private placement for the development of a 135-room Hilton Garden Inn, 6,000 square feet of specialty retail space and three restaurant outparcels at the intersection of State Route 228 and Franklin Road in Cranberry Township. The development is a premiere location, highly visible from Interstate 79, a road that carries thousands of commuters and travelers daily. The equity raise was completed in December 2010. The Hilton Garden Inn is expected to open in May 2012.
