Brian joined the firm in 1980 and became a shareholder in 1991. His areas of specialization include wholesale entities; lumber, contracting, coal, mineral and oil and gas extractive industries; real estate development and nonprofits. In addition, as a member of the firm’s Nonprofit Services Industry Group, he is directly involved with organizations that receive governmental and financial assistance. Brian’s expertise in dealing with both closely held and nonprofit entities and their unique tax characteristics has served clients well.
