Dan has more than 12 years of experience in all areas of tax planning, research and compliance and international tax for both closely held and publicly owned businesses.
Dan provides services to the firm’s clients that include the development and communication of tax strategies to management; international tax planning and compliance; coordination and review of corporate, partnership and individual income tax returns; management of federal and state income tax examinations; S Corporation/shareholder tax planning and sales/use tax issues.
Dan's industry expertise includes: manufacturing, transportation, professional services, real estate and construction. Dan is the co-chairman of the firm's Transportation Industry Group.
