Dave joined the firm in 1980 upon graduation from Duquesne University and became a shareholder in 1990.
His experience and expertise with business in the manufacturing, construction, automotive, distribution, retail and service industries enhances his delivery of audit, review, tax and general business advisory services for corporations, partnerships and individuals. Dave assists clients with corporate reorganizations, debt and equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, succession and strategic planning.
Dave is a past member of the Board of Directors and past Chairman of IGAF Polaris North America. He serves as the firm liaison for IGAF Polaris and frequently assists companies operating internationally with their global strategic plan implementation and compliance matters. Dave has traveled extensively throughout the world on behalf of our clients and the firm to develop and enhance relationships with our IGAF Polaris member firms and other international business advisors.
