George is a tax shareholder who has been serving clients with the firm since 1997 and has more than 16 years of experience in all areas of tax planning, research and compliance, and accounting and financial reporting matters for closely held businesses.
George provides services to the firm’s clients that include the coordination and review of corporate, partnership and individual income tax returns; development and communication of tax strategies to management; management of federal and state tax examinations; C & S Corporation and partnership tax planning; executive and salaried employee compensation study consulting; and assistance with financing negotiations.
George advises clients in a number of diversified industries, which include manufacturing and distribution, retail, restaurant and natural resources. George is also a member of the firm’s Energy and Natural Resources Industry Group.
