Mark brings more than 20 years of professional experience to Schneider Downs in US and international tax planning, compliance, and representation of clients before the Internal Revenue Service.
Mark’s primary responsibilities are tax planning, research and compliance for corporations, partnerships and individuals. He has extensive experience in the manufacturing, transportation, retail and high technology industries.
Mark is the shareholder in charge of the firm’s international tax practice. Mark works closely with the principals of our IGAF Polaris firms in providing international tax compliance and consulting services to our clients in North America, the United Kingdom and throughout Europe.
Mark is a frequent speaker on tax-related topics for various organizations and continuing education seminars, including federal tax updates for the Western Pennsylvania Tax Conference and Tax Executives Institute.
