Mike has a vast amount of professional experience in a multitude of client accounting, auditing, tax and business-related issues. Mike is Director of the firm's risk management and quality control processes, where he is responsible for the overall quality of the services delivered through the firm's Assurance Advisory Services Practice. In this capacity, Mike is responsible for the firms adherence to professional standards and maintenance of the firm's assurance services policies and procedures.

Mike is also the chairperson for the firm’s Assurance Technical Advisory Committee, where he is engaged in the resolution of complex client accounting, auditing, tax and business-related issues, including implementation of new accounting and auditing standards. Mike has consulted on accounting and auditing issues related to numerous mergers and acquisition transactions and has also participated in a number of internal control-related reviews and assessments.

Mike has served both public and privately held companies in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, technology, investments, retail, distribution, government and nonprofit organizations. Mike provides audit and assurance services, financial due diligence services and business advisory services for a wide range of clients.
