Assessing the Effectiveness of Your Risk Management Program - Nonprofit Organizations

When: October 22, 2013 12:00AM

Not-for-Profits:  You’ve identified your risk. Now what’s your next step? How do you prioritize and assess these risks? What role should your Board and Audit Committee play? What is the best way to initiate a risk management conversation and with whom?

Join Schneider Downs for an informative presentation as we address these questions as well as discuss the following:

  • How are not-for-profits addressing risk management?
  • How does an organization identify strategic risks in today’s environment?
  • How can you implement and execute an effective risk management program?
  • Is there an interplay between risk management, business processes and strategic plans?

In the days leading up to the session, we will survey registered participants regarding their efforts to identify risk and implement a risk management function. Responses will provide benchmarks for you to assess where your risk management efforts stand against responding organizations.
