Schneider Downs Appoints Director of SD Medallion Services

PITTSBURGH—Schneider Downs, one of the 60 largest certified public accounting and business advisory firms in the United States, is proud to announce that Maria D. Stromple, CPA has been promoted to Director of SD Medallion Services.

Maria D. Stromple joined Schneider Downs in 1999 and has extensive experience in multiple areas of  corporate, partnership and individual tax advisory, including philanthropic tax planning, retirement planning, executive compensation tax benefit planning,  individual state residency planning and family business advisory services.

SD Medallion Services was created in 2014 to provide the firm’s private clients with an integrated tax, estate and wealth management service. Maria will oversee SD Medallion’s service to existing clients, and will also be responsible for expanding the practice through client relationships and business development.

Maria earned her B.S. in Accounting from Duquesne University, and her M.S. in Taxation from Robert Morris University.
