PITTSBURGH, PA— Schneider Downs Corporate Finance, LP, a leading, full-service investment banking, corporate finance and strategic advisory firm, has announced that Imran S. Mohiuddin will join the firm’s Corporate Finance Advisors as Vice President.
Mr. Mohiuddin comes to Schneider Downs with 18 years of operational and transactional experience across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, engineering and business services, financial services, consumer products, technology, agriculture and healthcare. Most recently he served as an Associate with Sikich Investment Banking in Chicago. As Vice President, Mr. Mohiuddin will be responsible for transaction execution, business development and client service for Schneider Downs Corporate Finance’s middle-market investment banking practice.
Mr. Mohiuddin earned an MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University Of Chicago Booth School Of Business and holds a B.A. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
