Schneider Downs Expands Business Advisory Services Practice with New Director
COLUMBUS, OH—Schneider Downs, a top-60 certified public accounting and business advisory firm in the United States, announced that John C. Waybright, CPA/ABV, CMA, AM joined the firm’s Business Advisory Services Practice as Director.
Mr. Waybright brings more than 25 years of accounting and finance experience to Schneider Downs from Brady, Ware, & Schoenfeld, Inc., where he served as Director. In this role, he was responsible for advising clients on financial and operational matters, including prospective transactions. Mr. Waybright has extensive experience in financial reporting in accordance with GAAP, planning and analysis, auditing, business valuations, and mergers and acquisitions analysis including due diligence, profit enhancement consulting, litigation support, management accounting, and federal, state and local taxation.
In his role at Schneider Downs, Mr. Waybright will be responsible for the development and delivery of the firm’s specialized business advisory services. He will oversee business valuation, transaction due diligence, operational consulting, and litigation support services.
Mr. Waybright received his Bachelor of Business Administration from Marshall University. He is a member of the Ohio Society of CPAs, the American Institute of CPAs, the Institute of Management Accountants, the American Society of Appraisers and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
