Imran is responsible for transaction execution, business development and client service for Schneider Downs Corporate Finance’s middle-market investment banking practice. He focuses on mergers and acquisitions advisory, debt and equity financing, and corporate finance services. Imran brings nearly 20 years of operational and transactional experience across a broad range of industries, including manufacturing, engineering and business services, financial services, consumer products, technology, agriculture and healthcare.

Prior to Schneider Downs Corporate Finance, Imran was an Associate at Sikich Investment Banking in Chicago, where he was responsible for execution and support for middle market mergers and acquisitions and capital raise transaction. Prior to Sikich, Imran was at Oasis Legal Finance, a privately held specialty financial institution. He played a key role alongside the CFO in restructuring the company’s capital structure through a debt raise and was charged with leading financial reporting and analysis for the company. Imran served in an investment banking role with Sandler O’Neill + Partners, a boutique investment bank, primarily serving the financial services industry. He has also held a Corporate Development position at Baxter Healthcare, and began his career as a software engineer with Baxter and Motorola.
