Our seminar will focus on the major tax developments during 2010 that affect you and your business and the related tax planning strategies that you should be considering before the end of this year. We will also update you on the status of prospective tax legislation for 2011 and the potential tax outcomes under alternative scenarios. This promises to be a very interesting tax season. Will the Bush tax cuts be extended or left to expire? Will President Obama’s tax proposals be adopted, or will Congress work towards a compromise?

Schneider Downs is hosting a 2010 Tax Update for two hours of CPE credits, to be followed by a cocktail reception. Please join us for what we feel is an ideal way to wrap up 2010, and prepare for 2011.

• Recent changes to U.S. tax laws for multinational companies and Obama administration policies that may lead to additional changes for companies doing business abroad. 
• Tax provisions addressed in the new Healthcare Reform Legislation.
