He is also a mentor to individuals and organizations around the world. Norman will be speaking on "Managing Risk in Real Life" and how an effective Enterprise Risk Management program can benefit your organization.  Does the traditional practice of risk management really work? Is it seen by top management as adding value, or just a compliance exercise?  He will discuss how it can help people make better decisions in setting and then executing strategy with success.
