George E. Adams CPA

George is a tax shareholder who has been serving clients with the firm since 1997 and has more than 25 years of experience in public accounting. He has broad expertise in areas of tax planning and compliance for closely held corporations, partnerships and S corporations, including, asset and stock acquisitions, corporate restructuring, multi-state tax planning, compensation planning, business exit and succession planning strategies, federal and state income and excise tax examinations.

George advises clients in a number of diversified industries, including professional services, natural resources, real estate and retail and restaurant. George is also the chair of the firm’s Professional Services Industry Group.
