John R. Null CPA

John will serve as the lead relationship and audit shareholder. He joined Schneider Downs in 2005 after spending 18 years with a national accounting firm, including the last six years as an audit partner. John has more than 34 years of professional experience serving higher education, health care, arts organizations, foundations and other not-for-profit clients. He is an experienced business advisor, providing clients with timely, innovative and high-quality advice on a broad array of accounting, finance, corporate governance and general business issues.

John also has significant experience serving publicly traded and privately held, middlemarket companies in the manufacturing, distribution, construction and services industries. He is also a frequent speaker on various auditing and accounting topics and has significant experience providing audits under OMB Uniform Grant Guidance and ERISA/DOL requirements.

Build and grow relationships – you’ll spend the rest of your life expanding and building upon them.

I was a paperboy.

Do you have advice for young professionals?
Don’t be afraid to figure out what you like and what you are good at. Hopefully at some point in your life, you’ll find a few things that appear on both lists.
