In November, Schneider Downs completed its 2012 Manufacturer’s Economic Survey. The survey was conducted to assess the challenges faced by manufacturing organizations and gain insight into how they think the industry can grow. Manufacturers across the United States, representing a variety of industries, with a distribution to small, medium and large organizations received the survey.
According to the survey findings, employee benefits, raw materials and compliance issues were chief concerns of manufacturers, and uncertainty surrounding the U.S. economy and its fiscal policy seem to be driving manufacturers to cautiously make plans for 2013.
The survey results are available to download on our website: https://www.schneiderdowns.com/2012-schneider-downs-manufacturing-survey-results.
