The Results Are In: Schneider Downs Manufacturers Economic Survey Report

Late last year, Schneider Downs conducted its 2014 Manufacturers’ Economic Survey to assess the state of the manufacturing industry and to gain insight into the challenges manufacturers are currently facing.  Manufacturers across the United States, representing a variety of industries in both small and large capacities, received the survey.

Manufacturing activity continued to expand throughout 2014 as the nation’s overall activity continued to grow.  In 2015, manufacturers appear to be optimistic as they anticipate higher customer demand.  The lack of a skilled workforce, however, continues to be a challenge, which may hinder some potential growth.

We invite you to download the results of the 2014 Schneider Downs Economic Survey.

If you have questions about the survey, please contact Evan Ogrodnik or John Popies.
