What all goes into a Schneider Downs event? A lot of planning.
From the what to the who to the where to the when, many hours of planning (and worrying) go into each one of our events. One of Schneider Downs’ biggest events of the year is our annual CPE event on December 4 in Columbus and on December 6 in Pittsburgh. Planning for these events begins almost a year in advance, and employs a committee comprising members from different practice units, departments and industry groups. The committee develops the schedule, identifies speakers and puts together a day (or half-day) of programming that’s informative, engaging and fulfills CPE requirements.
Part of our event planning process is to review the evaluations from previous events. The results of the evaluations are shared with all who were involved in the event so we can improve our programming. Your voice matters to us, and a number of your suggestions have been incorporated into our events. The evaluations are also used to learn what topics may be of interest to our clients and friends for future events and insights. So please, fill out those evaluations.
After the live portion of the event has concluded, we still have more work to do because another event is on the horizon.
