Paul is responsible for supporting mergers and acquisitions activities, conducting due diligence on behalf of clients, developing sales and offering materials and preparing financial analyses for acquisitions, divestitures and placements of debt and equity.

Prior to joining Schneider Downs, Paul was a financial analyst at MSA Safety Incorporated, responsible for the preparation of the company's filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission, analysis of financial results, and implementation of accounting standards. Prior to joining MSA, Paul was an associate at PwC in the firm's audit and assurance services practice.
