The GENCO-ATC Merger: An Insider's View with Herb Shear

When: November 30, -0001 12:00AM

Program Overview
In 2010, GENCO and ATC Technology Corporation (NasdaqGS: ATAC) merged to create one of the largest supply chain management companies in the consumer electronics/information technology market, with combined annual sales of more than $1.5 billion and more than 150 customers.

The transaction combined a more than century-old closely-held family company with a multi-faceted public company. It dramatically strengthened GENCO’s existing businesses and entered it into new markets. The transaction itself incorporated elements from across all segments of the capital markets, including public equity, private equity and senior debt.

The transaction was recently acknowledged by the Pittsburgh Chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth with the 2011 ACG Pittsburgh Deal Maker Award.

Please join us on May 18 for a wide-ranging discussion with Herb Shear, Chairman and CEO of GENCO ATC, who will provide an insider’s view of the transaction and what it means to one of Western Pennsylvania’s most dynamic closely-held companies.

In addition, Schneider Downs Corporate Finance will provide a short update on current M&A markets.
