Schneider Downs Corporate Finance, LP Expands Senior Management Team

PITTSBURGH, PA - Schneider Downs Corporate Finance, LP (SDCF) announced several senior management promotions, positioning it for continued growth in the regional and national mergers and acquisitions and real estate finance markets.

Peter J. Lieberman has been named Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Don A. Linzer, who has served as CEO since the practice’s inception in 2002. Mr. Linzer has been will continue his involvement as Chairman of SDCF. Imran Mohiuddin has been named Director of the practice.

Mr. Lieberman joined SDCF in 2006 and was elected partner in 2015. As CEO, he is responsible for managing transaction and business development activities for Schneider Downs Corporate Finance’s middle marketing investment banking practice. Additionally, he will directly oversee the practice’s day-to-day operations, including the management of the team’s seven professionals.

Mr. Mohiuddin joined the firm as a Vice President in 2014. His promotion to Director represents his increased responsibilities leading SDCF’s mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance services practices.

In addition to serving as Chairman of SDCF, Mr. Linzer also serves as a Senior Advisor for Schneider Downs Wealth Management Advisors, as well as a Tax Shareholder at Schneider Downs.
