We are a small company with a big heart. We add free perks to impact our employees in the best possible way, including a rewards/recognition system of gift cards, seasonal happy hours, annual family summer picnics, a family movie day event and luncheon, an annual pancake breakfast and our post-busy season celebration. Our mission statement of working together every day to make our Firm, clients and communities better is embodied by our SD Cares group, comprised of various levels of our staff and management. SD Cares helps to facilitate, organize and promote volunteer and fundraising opportunities in our communities. We believe there is no better way to instill pride in our employees than by providing them with opportunities to give back to the community.
We serve a variety of industries, including not-for-profit, manufacturing, retail, transportation and logistics, energy and natural resources, and construction and real estate. In addition, we offer more than 80 service offerings, including audit and assurance services, tax compliance and consulting, business advisory, corporate finance, and wealth management and private family office services. We are big on promoting from within, and this diversity among our clientele offers our employees a plethora of opportunities should they ponder a change career-path direction.
