SDARS performs third-party administrative services for retirement plans.  These services typically include design and plan documentation, compliance testing and reporting, recordkeeping, contribution processing, and distribution services.
SDWMA is a Registered Investment Advisor providing investment management services to plan sponsors, including discretionary and non-discretionary investment advice regarding a plan’s investment options, the ongoing monitoring of those options and participant education.
